Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped from our Green Pet Shop warehouse located in California. We try to process and ship all orders within 72 hours of receipt, Monday – Friday.

Shipping Methods / Options — Domestic (USA)

We utilize UPS as our preferred carrier and send packages via UPS Ground which typically requires 3-5 days for delivery (varies based on location). If you're unable to receive packages from UPS, please let us know in the COMMENTS field when you place your order.

For retail customers, we currently offer $5.99 flat rate shipping via UPS Ground on all orders. Plus, we offer free shipping on all orders over $50! The free shipping option will automatically display for qualifying orders at checkout. 

For wholesalers, shipping costs vary based on weight and distance. To determine your shipping charges, simply add items to your shopping cart, fill in the required fields to estimate shipping and tax, then navigate to the "Shipping Method" screen at checkout.

If you need to cancel your order, please email customerservice@thegreenpetshop.com within one hour of placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate you.

Shipping Methods / Options – International

For consumers in Canada, we currently offer $25 flat rate shipping via USPS First Class Mail (7-21 days) on all orders. 

Orders to all other countries will be accepted in the near future. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Reporting Damaged Goods or Lost Shipments

  • DAMAGED shipments and/or packages which appear to be damaged should be refused at the time of delivery.
  • Please email us or call us at 1-800-707-9819 FREE in case of damaged or lost shipments.

Occasionally, some products will be temporarily out of stock. If this is the case, we will ship those items as soon as they arrive or notify you if the wait will be longer than one week.
