All orders are shipped from our Green Pet Shop warehouse located in California.  We try to ship all orders within 48 hours of receipt.

International orders will be accepted in the near future. We apologize for any inconvenience.

We utilize Fedex as our preferred carrier and send packages via Fedex Ground Service.

  • Orders received after 2 pm CT may not ship until the next Business Day.

Shipping Methods / Options — Domestic (USA)

We ship to most addresses in the continental US. If you are unable to receive packages using either of these services please let us know in the COMMENTS field when you place your order.

Shipping costs are based on weight and distance.

To determine your shipping charges, simply add items to your shopping cart, fill in the required fields to estimate shipping and tax, then press “Get A Quote”.

Reporting Damaged Goods or Lost Shipments

  • DAMAGED shipments and/or packages which appear to be damaged should be refused at the time of delivery.
  • Please email us or call us at 1-800-707-9819 FREE in case of damaged or lost shipments.

All orders will ship within 48 hours of receipt, Monday – Friday. Occasionally, some products will be temporarily out of stock. If this is the case, we will ship those items as soon as they arrive or notify you if the wait will be longer than one week.  If you would like to make a substitution, we are always happy to accommodate your preferences. Click Here if you would like to make a substitution.
